We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, Paypal, and COD on smaller orders in the US.
We normally do not accept credit cards, paypal or COD on Deluxe Lathes or larger orders.
Advance cashiers check or money order payments only on Deluxe Lathes and Inlay machines!

If you need help with an order email or call with your order needs and give us your address and payment method so we can figure out shipping charges.
If you have light weight items like tips and ferrules and such that might fit in a small flate rate post office box. When you get to the final check out payment screen choose the WILL CALL FOR PAYMENT payment method and we will get you a total with shipping and you can pay over the phone with Credit Card or online with PayPal. We almost never ship UPS international on non USA order so please use the will call for payment method if you are non USA and have a paypal account.
Non USA or Canada customers please use the Will Call For Payment method or email us your order list for a shipping total!
No shipments of any liquids outside of the lower 48 USA states!
You may return your qualifying purchased items in unused condition within 10 days of receipt for a store credit toward any other products. All shipping will be the customer's expense. You must email or call to obtain a return authorization number before returning any items.
There are no returns accepted on DVDs, books, finish, sealer, cleaner or any other liquids.
If you purchase a shaft dowel mix you must return all shaft dowels purchased. You cannot pick and choose on those.
There will be a 20% restocking charge on any unused lathes, inlay machines or other machinery returned.
If any returned items are damaged in transit, it will be the customer's responsibility to make a claim with the shipper. No credits will be given for items returned damaged.
NOTICE: If you have a paypal or ebay account never answer an email asking you to update information. If you think it is really from paypal go to your paypal account and check and see if there is a message for you there. People send out these scam emails in order to steal your password. Never click on the link in the email. Always go directly to your paypal account.
