You may return your qualifying purchased items in unused condition within 10 days of receipt for refund or store credit toward any other products. All shipping will be the customer’s expense and willnot be refunded. You must email or call to obtain a return authorization number before returning any items.

There are no returns accepted on DVDs, books, finish, sealer, cleaner or any other liquids.

If you purchase a shaft dowel mix you must return all shaft dowels purchased. You cannot pick and choose on those.

There will be a 20% restocking charge on any unused lathes, inlay machines or other machinery returned.

If any returned items are damaged in transit, it will be the customer’s responsibility to make a claim with the shipper. No credits will be given for items returned damaged.

We accept credit cards, checks, money orders, Paypal, and COD on smaller orders in the US. We do not accept credit cards, paypal or COD on Lathes or larger orders.

Advance cashiers check or money order payments only on Lathes and Inlay machines!
